Membership

• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Missed appointments and cancellations remain subject to the clinic’s policies.
• Clinique Medspa reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits with 30-day written notice.
• Complimentary HydraFacial must be redeemed during the active membership term.
• Services received prior to enrollment are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
• There is no guarantee of specific results; treatment outcomes may vary per individual.

You may cancel your membership within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided no included benefits have been used.

After 7 days, or once any benefit has been redeemed, the membership becomes non-refundable.

Membership is self-pay and not covered by insurance. The annual fee is due in full at the time of enrollment, and members are responsible for all services not included in this program.
